ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ held its annual Veterans Day Commemoration in person at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at Risman Plaza on the ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ Campus.
Ashley White-Stumpf's Sacrifice Featured in National Museum of the U.S. Army
ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ alumna 1st Lt. Ashley White-Stump is featured along with other American heroes in the new National Museum of the United States Army, which just recently opened in Virginia.
ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ Honors Veterans With Annual Commemoration Event
ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ held its annual Veterans Day Commemoration on Thursday, Nov. 7, in the ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ Student Center Kiva. This year’s guest speaker was Lt. Col. Colleen VanNatta. A graduate of ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ’s Air Force ROTC detachment, VanNatta served as a media escort for joint information bureaus in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, during Operation Desert Storm.
