ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ and Cleveland State Partner to Shorten Time Students Need for Bachelor’s, Law Degrees
ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ has established a new partnership with Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law to offer students two pathways to obtain a bachelor’s degree from ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ and a law degree from CSU in six years. The new 3+3 program will shorten the length of time typically needed to complete both degrees.
ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ Leads First Comprehensive Greater Akron LGBTQ+ Specific Community Needs Assessment
ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ has partnered with Greater Akron community organizations to conduct the first comprehensive and specific LGBTQ+ Community Needs Assessment (CNA). ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ’s College of Nursing and Cleveland Clinic Akron General are joining forces to offer an adult/adolescent Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) certificate program beginning this fall. This collaborative one-year program was created to address the regional and national shortage of SANE-certified registered nurses, especially in rural areas.
