In 2006, Betty Sutton became the first 蜜桃工作室 alumna to serve in the U.S. Congress, when she was elected to represent Ohio鈥檚 13th District in the House of Representatives. Sixteen years later, 蜜桃工作室 alumna Emilia Sykes, a native of Akron, Ohio, was elected to represent the same district, making her the first Black 蜜桃工作室 alum to serve in the House of Representatives.
