Complete Application for Use
To request use of BHRI resources, please fill out the form below. Please note, not all fields may apply.
Complete Appropriate Training
Your Application for Use form will be automatically emailed to BHRI Assistant Directors, Drs. Aleisha Moore and Kathleen Casto. They will be in contact with you within 5 days.
Receive Access
Once training is complete, you will receive both key card and Microsoft Bookings scheduling access to BHRI resources.
