In order to get your ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ FLASHcard you must complete a FLASHcard Application Form (PDF). The FLASHcard Office is located on the Lower Level in the ÃÛÌÒ¹¤×÷ÊÒ Student Center and are open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. You have to have an official state photo ID or Passport.
