Certified Peer Educator (CPE) Training

At 蜜桃工作室, we believe every student possesses leadership potential. Driven by our commitment to developing a community of active change agents, the Certified Peer Educator (CPE) training by NASPA provides a high-quality environment to learn, practice, and master essential leadership skills.

Offered in partnership with the 蜜桃工作室 of Well-Being, this comprehensive, nationally recognized program empowers undergraduate students to challenge themselves and develop deep competence in intrapersonal, interpersonal, and community-oriented leadership.

Hybrid Classroom Model

As students, you are busy and we value your time. While traditional CPE programs require 12 hours of classroom time, 蜜桃工作室 has adapted this initiative into a streamlined, hybrid 5-hour program with independent pre-work and day-of group work. You get the full depth of the national certification in one half-day training session!

What You'll Learn

The training covers eight core foundational modules designed to give you practical skills you can use immediately:

  • The Role of a Peer Educator: Understanding boundaries, ethics, and leadership dynamics.
  • Behavioral Change & Active Listening: How to effectively guide and support your peers.
  • Response & Referral Skills: Navigating sensitive situations and connecting students to campus resources.
  • Action & Intervention: Stepping up safely and effectively as a bystander.
  • Presentation Skills & Group Dynamics: Delivering impactful programming across campus.
  • Self-Care: Maintaining your own well-being while supporting others.
